Madison Heights, VA - Two new group homes are now complete, to serve people who would like to move out of the Central Virginia Training Center.
Horizon Behavioral Health will hold a ribbon cutting Thursday for the Bowyer-Warren Homes in Madison Heights.
The four bedroom homes were built to meet the specific needs of residents with developmental disabilities.
More than half the construction cost came from state bonds provided by the General Assembly in 2009. The homes were built under the Central Virginia Bridging Project, a joint effort between Horizon and CVTC.
