Henry Co., VA - The Henry Co. Sheriff's Office arrested a Spencer woman Friday following a stabbing. According to investigators, the call came in at 4:21 p.m. for a stabbing in the 300 block of Michelle Street. Witnesses told investigators that an argument started between Cynthia Devone Glenn, 42 and William Massie Pritt Jr., 42, both of Spencer, when Glenn stabbed Pritt in twice in the torso with a knife. Pritt was transported to Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and then flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, investigators say. Pritt is undergoing surgery and is listed in stable condition. Investigators say Glenn fled the scene but was found a short time later and charged with one felony count of aggravated malicious wounding. Glenn is being held in the Henry County Jail without bond.
