Fuzzy Kudzu Exhibit Opens at Taubman Museum


Roanoke, VA - A new exhibit is on display at the Taubman Museum of Art that is probably unlike any you have ever seen before."Fuzzy Kudzu" greets visitors to the museum as you walk in the front door.Standing 30 feet tall, the sculpture is made out of more than 1,000 stuffed animals.The artist, Ralph Easton, said he loves how kudzu grows over objects and turns them into something else.Another "kudzu" project is currently being put together at Roanoke College.The exhibit will be up for six months.Admission to the Taubman is free.
