Four People Arrested After Fight at Phase 2 in Lynchburg
Lynchburg, VA- Four people have been arrested as the result of a fight at Phase 2 in Lynchburg Saturday night.
According to Lynchburg Police, officers responded to the business on Murray Place around 10:50 p.m. for a possible malicious wounding. There they found 35-year-old Lewis David Tolley, a Phase 2 employee, with severe cuts to his head and neck. Witnesses told police that Tolley had tried to break up a fight, when he was hit on the head and neck with a beer bottle.
Tolley was taken to Lynchburg General to be treated. We're told his injuries are non-life threatening.
27-year-old Jonathan Kane Patterson, 25-year-old Brandon Lee Clark, and 36-year-old Terry Ellise Woodson have all been charged with assault and battery. 25-year-old Brooke Michelle Patterson has been charged with malicious wounding.
