Lynchburg, VA - A murder case that dominated local headlines will soon be seen by a nationwide cable audience.
A television crew interviewed our own Angela Hatcher for the Investigation Discovery program Deadly Affairs.
The program will focus on the relationship between Jocelyn and Wesley Earnest, leading up to Jocelyn's murder in 2007 and Wesley's conviction.
The crew also interviewed Bedford County Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Wes Nance, who prosecuted Wesley Earnest.
"I understand their interest and we have to be very careful about our involvement in such programs," said Wes Nance. "We don't want to do a disservice to Jocelyn's family. But it's also important sometimes to be involved, to make sure how great a person Jocelyn was is portrayed in that."
The show will likely air this summer. It is hosted by soap opera legend Susan Lucci.
