Lynchburg, VA - The talented students at Lynchburg's Dunbar Middle School took to the stage for their final few rehearsals this week. Opening night is Friday for their latest venture, the musical Oliver.
The cast and crew include kids as young as five years old to play the parts of orphans.
Dunbar is well known for their theater program. It has won state-wide accolades for previous performances. And cast members say Oliver won't disappoint.
"I like it a lot, that's why I've been blessed to be able to do this and I just think it's so much fun being able to watch everybody do a great job" said Kane Campbell who plays the part of Oliver.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. They are available at the door. The show will have four performances: Friday night, Saturday afternoon and evening, as well as a Sunday matinee.
