Dogapalooza Fundraiser at Lynchburg Dog Park This Saturday

Lynchburg, VA - You and your pooch have a chance to show off your skills and have a good time.

The Lynchburg Dog Park is holding the Dogapalooza fundraiser on Saturday.

There will be all kinds of contests and demos-- like how to clean your dog's ears or trim their nails.

They'll also have all kinds of vendors, games and contests. Our own Noreen Turyn will be a judge for the Dog Show.

"Everything imaginable I mean if you like dogs, you're gonna love this. there's going to be a canine costume contest, there's going to be a dog show where you can do musical matts, you can do hot dog dunk, your dog can do hot dog dunk," said Miriam Fields-Babineau, an organizer.

Dogapalooza is this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 the Lynchburg Dog Park.

They do ask you only bring dogs that get along well with others, and they must have their license and rabies shot tags.

To enter the show, it's $15 for adults and $12 for kids.
If you just want to hang out, it's $8 for adults and $6 for kids.
Also, anyone 11 years old and under gets in for $5.
