Forest, VA - The Forest Dental Center is holding its annual free day of dentistry Saturday morning.
About 18 dentists in the center take care of more than 200 people.
Dentists say the work would cost up to $200 a person. They say some people just can't afford it, co they decided to step in.
"We don't have to leave town, (and)we don't have to go to a foreign country," said dentist Brian Mcavoy. "As we've done this through the years we realize that the need is right here, it's in our own backyard."
Organizers say some people camp outside the center all night. Service is first come first served, and you don't need to register. The Forest Dental Center's doors open at 8 a.m. Saturday.
