Charlottesville, VA - The Court of Appeals of Virginia is expected to make a decision Tuesday about an appeal filed by George Huguely's attorneys.
The former UVA lacrosse player is convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend Yeardley Love, 22.
Attorneys for Huguely claim he was denied a fair trial by a judge who rushed the case to jurors even when the defendant's attorney became ill.
Huguely's attorneys filed the claim last month.
Huguely is currently serving a 23-year sentence in state prison.
