Danville, VA-- According to Danville Police, a Danville man was charged Saturday night with a felony hit and run.Police said 82-year-old Thomas G. Gill struck a resident on the 400 block of Arnett Boulevard.Police got to the scene at 9:20 p.m. They said the pedestrian said she was struck as she crossed the road, and the driver left the scene. She was transported to Danville Regional Medical Center for minor injuries related to the crash.After further investigation Gill was arrested and released on bond. The police investigation is continuing.
