Danville Police Arrest Three Teens in Wednesday Burglary
Danville, VA - Danville Police have arrested three juveniles they say are suspects in the burglary of a house Wednesday.
Police say a caller alerted them of three suspicious subjects around 10 a.m. in the 100 block of Third Ave. West.
Officers later found that a home in the 100 block of Downey Lane had been burglarized. Police arrested two males, ages 16 and 17, and one female, age 16, after they found property from the home with the teens.
Another burglary was attempted at a home in the 200 block of Starmont Drive, but the suspects weren't able to get inside, police say.
The teens are being held in the W.W. Moore, Jr. Juvenile Detention Home, police say. Their names are being withheld due to their age.
