Cup Drivers Test at Martinsville

Martinsville - The Goody's Headache Relief Shot 500 is now less than three weeks away at Martinsville Speedway.

Eleven Sprint Cup drivers were among those getting in hours of testing Tuesday on the half-mile track, they'll return for day two Wednesday. Among those testing today were Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano and Kurt Busch, who finished second this past weekend at Kansas.

Kurt Busch, 7TH IN POINTS STANDINGS, said "This is one of my toughest tracks even though I've won here before and been on a pole. I think average finish-wise, even when I'm running on a lead lap isn't all that good. So we're here to polish up on that."

David Ragan, FRONT ROW MOTORSPORTS, said "The track's in great shape even though they had a race here this past weekend. All the rain on Monday I think cleaned everything up which I think is important for us to kind of start on a green track like we'll have here in a few weeks."
