Roanoke, VA - If you are looking to get in some early Christmas shopping, this is a good weekend to head to Roanoke.
The 25th Annual Craftsmen's Fall Classic is underway at the Roanoke Civic Center.
Friday morning, dozens were eagerly waiting to get inside with many bringing the only admission necessary: Canned food!
For Feeding America Southwest Virginia, the show is their second biggest food drive of the year. Last year, it brought in more than 26,000 pounds of food over three days.
"For that food to come in just before the holidays is very important. We don't want anyone to go without food on their holiday table," said Kitty Tabor with Feeding America Southwest Virginia.
Once inside, you will find more than 100 vendors peddling plenty of holiday gift ideas and decorations.
The show is open through 8 p.m., from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and then again from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
