Serves 15 - Appetizer
- 1 ea 8oz-pkg Cream cheese, softened
- 2 ea 5oz-pkg Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Red onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Fresh dill, roughly chopped
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 pkg Wonton Wrappers
- Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Pre heat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Place a Tbsp of filling into each Wonton.
4. Pull all corners and pinch to create purse.
5. Place into a 350F oven on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes, serve warm.
