Parmesan Tilapia

Parmesan Tilapia By: Chef Emerald Coleman

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tilapia fillets
  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place mayonnaise in one medium bowl and parmesan cheese an a separate medium bowl.

3. Put Tilapia fillets in mayonnaise and coat evenly.{} Move fillets from mayonnaise bowl to bowl containing Parmesan and coat evenly with cheese.{} Place on cooking sheet that has been sprayed with pan spray.

4. Place in 350 degree oven and cook until just browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
