Avocado Mango SaladBy: Chef Emerald Coleman
- 5 Hass avocados, diced
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, rough chop
- 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
- Zest of one Lime
- Juice of one Lime
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- Salt to taste
1. Dice avocado and cucumber, chop vegetables.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to mix thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour before serving making sure to cover tightly.
