      Avocado Mango Salad

      Ingredients:

      • 5 Hass avocados, diced
      • 1 English cucumber, diced
      • 1/2 cup Cilantro, rough chop
      • 1/2 cup Red onion, diced
      • 2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
      • Zest of one Lime
      • Juice of one Lime
      • 1 Tbsp Canola oil
      • Salt to taste

      Directions:

      1. Dice avocado and cucumber, chop vegetables.

      2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to mix thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour before serving making sure to cover tightly.
