City Utility Worker Allegedly Shuts Off Coworker's Power
Danville, VA - A city utilities employee has been charged after an investigation of disrupted electrical services.According to police, 40 year old Benjamin Hairfield is being charged with two counts of diverting electrical service.The investigation shows that power was shut off at a home and a business connected to another employee for no reason. Hairfield was placed on indefinite suspension pending termination. He was released on a $2500 bond Tuesday.
