Lynchburg, VA- Lynchburg city officials are giving the public another chance to weigh-in on the process to update the city's Comprehensive Plan.
At a meeting Thursday morning at the James River Conference Center, residents were given an overview of the current, revised plan. That plan was actually formed with the help of residents during a series of workshops back in June. Now, officials and planners want feedback on how that community input is being incorporated.
"Today's event is to show that draft plan to the public and see if we got it right. To see whether we managed to accurately reflect the desires the community has for the future," said Michael Lauer, a Principal at Planning Works.
If you missed Thursday morning's meeting, another is set for Thursday evening at 6:30 at the Information Technology Building on Young Place.
