Christmas Prepares for Upcoming JF Football Season

Forest - While finishing up his contract in Georgia, new Jefferson Forest coach Bob Christmas has been returning to Forest about every other weekend trying to prepare for the coming season. He'll put in a brand new offense and defense and wants to develop that culture of winning his state champs had at JF back in the early 90's. Bob Christmas, NEW JEFFERSON FOREST FOOTBALL COACH, said "We start our summer program June 16th at 7 in the morning and we'll have all the coaches there then. And we'll be rolling from that point on. We'll have an hour of speed and agility, an hour of lifting and an hour of football."Christmas and his staff is also hosting a Forest Youth Athletic Association football camp in July. The dates are July 7th through the 10th from 6:30 to 8:30 each evening. Cost is 80 dollars.
