Lynchburg, VA - A man who survived after collapsing from a heart attack right in the middle of Wards Road last month is in trouble with the law.
Charges against Duane Dunn for meth distribution and obstructing justice were certified to the grand jury today at Dunn's preliminary hearing in Lynchburg.
Dunn was arrested in January.
In April, a good samaritan found Dunn's body laying on the white line into oncoming traffic and performed CPR.
Dunn told us in an interview that his heart stopped twice.
