Central Virginia Training Center Slated to Close in 2020
Families, advocacy groups, and legislators met in Richmond Monday to explore ways to keep the state's training centers open.This all stems from an agreement the state reached with the Justice department to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. The Central Virginia Training Center in Madison Heights is slated to close in 2020. Martha Bryant has been very vocal about keeping it open. Her twin sons have been in the center for 18 years.
