Danville, VA-- Two little brothers from Danville came home from Delaware this week with a big trophy.
Eight-year-old Luke Mills, and six-year-old Hunter Mills went to the Punkin Chunkin World Championship over the weekend.
The competition is who can make a pumpkin fly the farthest with a machine they build.
The brothers won first place in the youth under ten trebuchet category. The farthest they made a pumpkin go was 250 feet.
"We really just had fun building the machine and of course we had fun breaking the arm, we had fun bringing our trophy down, and we just had fun there," said Luke Mills.
The brothers said it was their first time at the competition, and they definitely want to enter again.
