      Blender Hollandaise Sauce

      Blender Hollandaise Sauce By: Chef Emerald Coleman

      Ingredients:

      • 3 Egg yolks
      • 1/4TspDijon mustard
      • 1Tbsp {}Lemon juice
      • 1PinchCayenne pepper
      • 1/2CupButter, melted

      Directions:

      1. Place first 4 ingredients in container of blender or food processor.

      2. Turn blender or processer to high speed and drizzle melted butter into container in a thin stream. Sauce should thicken very quickly.

      3. Keep sauce warm by placing the blender or processor container in a pan of hot tap water.
