      Big E's Avocado Relish

      Big E's Avocado RelishBy: Chef Emerald Coleman

      • 5 ripe Hass avocados, pitted and diced
      • 1 smallred Onion, finely diced
      • 1 Serranochili pepper, finely diced
      • 2 earscooked Corn, cut from cob
      • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
      • 1 pint Grape tomatoes, halved
      • {}3 tbsp Canola oil
      • {}3 tbsp Honey
      • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
      • Salt andpepper to taste
      • Juice of 3 limes
      Directions:Combine all ingredients. {}Foldto mix thoroughly.
