Country Singer to Help Madison Heights Fire Victims

Madison Heights, VA - A Lynchburg country singer is doing what he can to help a Madison Heights family, who lost their home in a fire back in January.

John Sines Jr. will perform at a fundraiser for the John's family in April at the Madison Heights Recreation Center. Sines wrote the song "Black Number Three" inspired by the death of NASCAR's Dale Earnhardt.

It costs $5, kids are free, and all the proceeds go to the family's basic needs. For questions, call (434) 258-7729. Tickets will be for sale at the door. The concert is April 8{}at 7:30 p.m. at the Madison Heights Recreation Center.
