Danville, VA - Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli was in Southside Wednesday for a Tea Party Rally.
Cuccinelli visited Mary's Diner in Danville to speak to Tea Party voters about eminent domain reform and the upcoming elections.
Cuccinelli says he wanted to visit Danville to draw voters' attention to important issues as election day approaches.
"Danville is always important to me and this part of the state, which I think is hit particularly hard by a lot of the regulatory over-reach of the federal government that I am fighting in my office," said Cuccinelli.
Cuccinelli canceled a scheduled appearance with the Mecklenburg County Republican Party yesterday following controversy over offensive pictures of President Obama posted on the group's Facebook page.
