Andrew Rowsey - Rockbridge County

Rockbridge County will miss him when he's gone. He just finished up his junior season and Wildcat fans hope he returns for his senior year (Rowsey has been rumored to transfer to private school). He scored a school-record 47 points in a win over Salem and averages 29 points a game.

Rowsey, who finished second in online voting, has helped lead Rockbridge to the school's first ever trip to the state tournament.

Rowsey is a player that every coach would love to have. He's a three-point sharpshooter but also has the ability to drive to the rim.

On the defensive end he often has to guard the opponent's best perimeter player and in many cases he can shut that player down.
