George Washington Senior Guard/Forward
While helping lead the Eagles to a Western Valley District championship, he averaged 16.6 points a game, 11.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists. He was named District Player of the Year and First Team All-Northwest Region.
GW first-year coach Thomas Carr said, "His work ethic matched his talent and that allowed him to lead the team and earn individual accomplishments. I had heard that he was talented but needed to develop more and put in the work." Thomas did after being challenged by Carr. "He accepted multiple responsibilities, working on his game, and lifting weights, and he embraced the challenge and that took his game to where it is now but he still has even more room to grow."
He's also serious about academics and at 6 foot 4 inches, 185 pounds, Thomas has Division One offers from Hofstra, Towson, N.C. Central, Winthrop, and Delaware. He hasn't decided on his destination and could be waiting for other offers from highers tier programs.
