Adult Store Amendment Sent Back to Pittsylvania Co. Planning Commission

Pittsylvania Co., VA - The amendment that would allow adult stores in Pittsylvania County is being sent back to the county planning commission.

Supervisors discussed additional changes to the amendment Wednesday night. They talked about adjusting the required distance adult stores should be from homes and other businesses.

At a public hearing earlier this month, no one from the community commented.

After getting the planning commission's new recommendation, a second public hearing on the changes will be held in February.
