5K Run/Walk to Raise Money for Pediatric Cancer Research
Campbell County, VA - One Rustburg family is taking their fight with pediatric cancer personally and waging war against it.
You probably remember Nathan Norman, the little boy has been fighting brain and spinal tumors for 5 years.
We first met him two years ago -- when his family put up Christmas decorations to give him the spirit to fight his illness.
The Norman family started a non-profit called Hope4Tomorrow to help raise money for pediatric cancer research and for families battling it in our area.
Saturday, September 6 they're having the 2nd annual Hope4Tomorrow 5K and 1 mile walk/run at Peaksview Park in Lynchburg. The kids run will be at 8 am and 5k is at 9 am with registration open at 7 am. If you'd like to sign up click here.
